She’s also a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, with a background in nutrition and Pilates, and the original creator of one of the most popular postpartum fitness programs, The Postpartum Cure!
THIS program, however, is focused on pregnant mamas looking to stay as fit and healthy as possible while pregnant. This program is also designed to prepare you for labor, as well as protect your core and pelvic floor for after baby.

The belly-only pregnancy program
After many requests for a pregnancy program, Katie created this program for mamas looking to do some prep-work, eat clean and gain minimal weight while pregnant!
Remember the old saying, “abs are made in your kitchen?”, well that’s also true during pregnancy! Diet is SO important to maintaining a healthy weight during pregnancy, and Katie swears that is the KEY to her program!
She begins by introducing a very specific pregnancy diet plan that is actually super simple, yet the key to gaining minimal weight while pregnant. As a certified Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist, she studied the magnitude of nutritional benefits during pregnancy for both moms and babies. She includes LOTS of recipes in this program to help you feel motivated and full of ideas to eat healthy. (Don’t worry, it’s not the same, old boring meal plan every week!)
She didn’t put together a SPECIFIC meal plan, because she figured as a pregnant mama, it is hard to follow a plan based on cravings.
Having some freedom with recipes, and a basic plan to focus on for each meal gives you the flexibility to create your own plan, yet feel like you have a direction to follow.
Moving on to the exercise portion!
Katie also did create a specific workout program that is very simple, yet very effective to follow. She has 3 main strength workouts for each trimester, as well as some Diastasis Recti preventative work and pelvic floor repair work! You can do that NOW (during pregnancy), to really help you get through labor, and heal much faster in recovery.
This program has you doing some sort of core work, strength training, pelvic floor work, or cardio 4-6 days per week. That may sound like a lot, but after speaking with women who have been through the program, most women report that it’s not really too much at all!
She really focuses heavy on pelvic floor muscular exercises, beginning that work in the FIRST trimester.
As you move further and further into the program, the workouts changes and adapt to each stage of your pregnancy.
