Hi Mamas! I am SO excited that you’ve landed on this page, because I’ve found the BEST prenatal/pregnancy/labor/breastfeeding/postpartum (aka EVERYTHING) resource for you!
My friend, Chloe, is a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Women’s Health, and she also used to be a labor and delivery nurse (so you know I love her!). She’s created an all-inclusive course for mamas who are looking for help getting pregnant, curious about the delivery process, and needing education on postpartum/breastfeeding too!
Okay, so let’s go over each class individually….
If you haven’t already, please feel free to join over 100k new moms and follow me here on Instagram for awesome pregnancy + birth tips!
Lessons 1-4: Preconception prep!
If you’re not pregnant yet, this is the course for you!
In Preconception Prep, Chloe dives into all of the ins and outs of conceiving. What vitamins/supplements should you be taking to help fertility? What are the actual signs that your body is ovulating, and when is the best time FOR YOU to have sex? Along with answers to MANY other common questions along the way.
Chloe currently works as a Women’s Health NP, and she uses the knowledge she has (and SAME recommendations she gives her patients) to form a complete guide on the what-if’s to getting pregnant.
A lot of this stuff is out there in internet-land, but it’s very up in the air. One site may say one thing, one site may say another. This resource is gold because Chloe has the credentials to back up her information. She’s not just some weird pregnancy site that offers no references. She’s been to school, she knows her stuff, and she literally tells her TTC (trying-to-conceive) patients these same things EVERY DAY!
So, save yourself a provider visit, and a google-medical degree and look into this resource! If you are clueless about getting pregnant, Chloe is your girl.
Along with preconception advice, this prep course also includes comprehensive information about early pregnancy (weeks 1-20), genetic testing/ultrasounds, infertility, and warning signs to look for!
In addition, there is also a FACEBOOK GROUP you can join to personally connect with Chloe and other moms who are struggling with the same issues! You can ask questions, and get responses. Chloe is very active in the group, and I think it’s super refreshing these days to have an active leader! (You can join this group regardless of which course you want!)
Okay, let’s get into some pricing…
This individual course runs for $147!
Okay, I know you may be thinking….really?
Let me break it down for you…I did a bit of google research myself!
Let’s say you are planning your pregnancy. Many women do pre-conception visits with their providers (Although, I’m not advising you replace any provider visit with this course!), that will run you about $25-$100 depending on your insurance.
Chloe goes over MANY (if not all) of the typical things an OBGYN would discuss at that first appointment.
Great, and let’s say you are interested in seeing a fertility specialist because you are having trouble conceiving (maybe you’re just not having sex at the right time in your cycle….that’s super common!). There’s another co-pay (probably more like $50-$150 because it’s a specialist).
And, long behold, if you need to schedule ANOTHER consultation because things still aren’t happening, that’s just another $50-$150 bucks.
Heck, I googled “Fertility Doctors” and this the going rate for consultations for these fertility clinics:
Yep, a whopping $250.
Which is also time-spent, out of your house, in an office.
That’s why I stand behind this course so firmly. Many of these things that Chloe offers (not just in her course either, but personally in her facebook group) are the same things that you will find at these offices.
So, if you break it down, $147 really isn’t too bad of a deal, if it saves you a few provider visits, and less time getting pregnant!
You also have access to this course (along with all other courses) for your lifetime. That means, if you have a question, you can always re-access the course.
Oh yeah, and you can stay in your PJ’s while you learn about preconception!!
Alright, so once you’ve gotten pregnant, I bet you are wondering about a labor and delivery course!
Yep, Chloe has that too, it’s called Delivery Prep!
Lessons 5-9: Delivery prep!
Lessons 5-9 of Chloe’s program is all about how your delivery will go. Chloe was a labor and delivery nurse (like me!) for 6 years before she got her NP, so she definitely knows the ins and out of labor!
I LOVE when a prenatal course is taught by nurses.
As a nurse myself, we see A LOT of what goes on in the delivery room. We see the good and the bad, the supportive personnel, and the not so supportive…we know the physiology behind labor, why things work, and what things just plain don’t.
Labor is like running a freaking marathon (at least it was for me). It may only last a day or two, but it’s an INTENSE process, that requires a lot of preparation. Even if you plan on getting an epidural (actually, MOST DEFINITELY if you plan on getting an epidural) prenatal education is going to be your friend.
I have so many moms come into labor and delivery to have their babies, and they have no CLUE as to what is going on, or what to expect. They are scared, they don’t know what to ask for, and they’ve had no education on the birth process.
Part of my job as your labor and delivery nurse is to guide you through labor, and explain everything as it’s happening. I’m also your advocate, and I do my absolute best to stick up for you and help you make the best decisions possible.
But, TRUST ME GUYS…learning what’s going to happen BEFORE it happens is the single most important thing you can do to get your birth experience to run smoother.
Even if you don’t have the money to spend on courses (I get it, education comes at an expense), talk to your provider, and start reading up on the birth process.
Just like anything, information is free if you can find it on your own.
You may be able to find a LOT of this information for free if you scour the internet.
But here’s what isn’t really free…
Chloe’s course will run you through the birth process in a couple of hours (and you don’t have to bookmark/pin/save anything, you can always access it again).
Guess how long it’s probably going to take you to find this information….MUCH longer than a few hours. Probably a few days/weeks/months, and you may pick up some not-so-friendly advice too.
Oh yeah, and the best part? It COMPLETELY replaces a typical in-person birth course your community may offer. You can opt-out of one of those, and learn everything you need to know from the comfort of your own home.

Okay, moving on to Breastfeeding!
Lessons 10-12: Breast prep!
Chloe’s last and final lesson, Breast Prep, may have BREAST in the title, but it actually educates on so much more than that!
Unlike your typical breastfeeding course, Chloe goes over BOTH ways to feed your baby. Breastfeeding AND formula feeding.
I think this is awesome, because QUITE FRANKLY not everyone wants or has the ability to breastfeed. It’s important to be educated on the benefits of breastfeeding, but ultimately we need to support mama in whichever way she chooses.
Formula feeding MAY seem easy, but there are some basics that need education too! I know I did not know how much formula to give my newborn, or even what type of bottle I needed to give him in the beginning!
Breast Prep is amazing because Chloe FOCUSES on breastfeeding education, but goes about the subject in a very non-judgemental way.
Fed is BEST, and Chloe and I both agree upon that!
